Shipping
Domestic orders are shipped via UPS or USPS.
International orders may be shipped via USPS or Fedex.
We do not offer shipping to P.O. Box or APO/FPO addresses.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Sales Tax applies to purchases being shipped to New York. For International orders, you maybe responsible for import duties and taxes. Please note all international orders are Final Sale.
Return and Exchange Policy
You have 14 days within the delivery date of the order for a refund or an exchange.
All items must be unworn, unwashed and in otherwise perfect condition to be eligible.
Please email info@kapatidnyc.com to request an return authorization number with your order number, names of items you wish to return and reason for return. Include your receipt and return authorization number with your return. We are not responsible for return shipping cost and handling.
